2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Downloaded Products: Any templates, themes, plugins, or downloadable resources once accessed.

  • Discounted or Promotional Purchases: Courses bought during promotional campaigns, bundle offers, or at discounted rates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Subscription or Membership Plans: Any recurring payment services after the billing cycle has started.

To initiate a refund request:

  2. Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days.

  3. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment account within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


4. Course Substitutions

If you are not satisfied with a course but are ineligible for a refund, we may offer a course substitution.
You may switch to another course of equal or lesser value, provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase and the course has not been completed.
